- Assist with meetings – design invitations, accept & track responses, prepare nametags & signage, staff registration table
- Support recruitment efforts – design brochures, mail “prospect” packets or letters, layout and maintain applications, track potential members
- Track financial records – prepare checks for Treasurer, maintain spreadsheets, provide reports for the Board, send invoices and/or receipts
- Prepare small mailings – Upto 200 pieces processed in-house at no additional cost
